Once upon a time, a nurse disillusioned by a failing health system discovered holistic medicine and in particular energy care accompanied by the fantastic energy of semi-precious stones. Welcome to the fantastic and magnetic universe of the mineral kingdom. The creation of spiritual jewels and in particular those intended for the twin flames revealed themselves when I myself understood that I was part of this collective and of these souls who took a long path of spiritual awakening and discovered their path and mission of life...

Welcome to you FJ or not, spiritual or not but attracted by the energy that each mineral releases and by wearing my creations, mine that I will transmit to you... All my jewels are made in conscience, with love and in an intuitive way . I  reprograms the stone beads I use to carry universal healing and protective energy.​

    I am Sylvie, 57 years old, and have always been passionate about semi-precious stones.If you want to know me more, do not hesitate to discover my story in the tab of the website "About".
  • How are Healers jewelry made?
    Most of the jewels are assembled by hand, by myself, in my workshop in Ariège (France).
  • What is the composition of the jewelry?
    The majority of healing jewelry is gilded with 24k fine gold on a brass base.The composition of each jewel is specified in each product sheet.All jewelry is certified nickel, lead and cadmium free.Each fine (semi-precious) stone has its own characteristics, which are also specified in each product sheet.
  • How do I maintain my jewelry?
    In order to preserve the shine of your jewellery, it is necessary to avoid contact with water, humidity and perfume. Perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, chemicals, other acids as well as salt water and especially chlorine are the enemies of jewelry. It is therefore advisable to wear make-up and perfume before putting on your jewellery.
  • My jewelry is blackened, what should I do?
    Your jewelry will acquire a patina over time, this is completely normal.I recommend that you regularly clean your jewelry with soapy water (Marseille soap). You can use a soft brush to remove accumulated deposits (salt water, chlorine, suntan oils). Then rinse them thoroughly with fresh water and wipe them with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Is it possible to have a jewel delivered in a gift bag?
    All semi-precious stone healing jewelry is delivered in a green velvet pouch with the company logo printed, accompanied by a personalized gift card. Some models come in a nylon pouch. Gift wrapping will be extra.
  • What are the costs and delivery times?
    The shipping costs are free from 70€ of purchases.The delivery service is done by letter followed with a tracking number, sent by email upon confirmation of your order.The indicative time for sending a letter followed in metropolitan France is about 2 days (48 hours) and about 3 days for the main European cities (indicative times).
  • Is it possible to proceed to an exchange or a refund if my order does not suit me?
    Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw and return the items. This period takes effect from the receipt of the goods.To know all the details concerning returns, do not hesitate to consult the "CGV" tab.
  • What means of payment are accepted by Les Bijoux guerisseurs?
    Payment for your purchases is made by credit card or PayPal account.Payments by postal check, bank check, transfer or administrative mandate are not accepted.
  • If my jewelry breaks, can I have it repaired?
    Healers jewelry is guaranteed for one year from the date of receipt of your order. During this period, Les Bijoux Guérisseurs can repair your jewelry (provided it is possible and feasible). The return of the goods is at the expense of the customer. For any repair request, please send an email to lesbijouxguerisseurs@gmail.com (with a photo) before sending your jewel.
  • How do jewelry cut?
    All rings are adjustable and can be adjusted according to the size of your finger. Most beaded bracelets are made with a rubber band. It is important to take your wrist circumference correctly. All necklaces and bracelets are adjustable and have an extension chain: 3cm for bracelets and 5cm for necklaces. Each jewel has its own characteristics detailed in their product sheet. When a jewel is not adjustable, this is specified.
